Attention Different | Adulting with ADHD
Attention Different is an ADHD podcast centered on radical acceptance and neurodiversity. We aim to de-stigmatize the condition and build community by exploring the intricacies of living life and "adulting" with ADHD in the modern world. As a group of storytellers, filmmakers, and ADHD coaching professionals, we are invested in promoting diverse voices in our community and creating resources for adult ADHDers.

It would be awesome if you mean more podcasts these are super helpful! I also learned the difference between I have ADHD and I am ADHD and I’ve learned that I actually am ADHD and it’s so cool cause I didn’t know that there was a difference.

Believe me it’s not fun to start a podcast and hear someone chewing, have some curtsey for your audience

Oh my goodness, I have ADHD end don’t know many people who do and this podcast has been me feel so much more normal it’s crazy! It feels so good!I especially love episode 14… I finally figured out in my 20s that basically nobody gives a “bleep” about you-Not in a bad way, it’s just that they have their own life, kids, families, etc.And they’re not thinking about that thing you were worried about saying to them earlier in the day! And same thing when I figured that out, it was so freeing and has been me so much more confident in myself- I’m not afraid to be myself
