Attention Different is a neurodiversity podcast dedicated to reframing ADHD. Hosts Aaron and Stephen shed light on living and even thriving with ADHD, offering new insights, strategies, and - how dare they - a bit of HUMOR, to leverage your ADHD for success.

Our mission is to reclaim the label, not reinvent it, in order to understand our condition in more accurate and self-affirming ways. Labels can be stigmatizing, leading to shame, guilt, and despair. We believe that “Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder" (ADHD), while a very real condition, has a tired and overly negative label.

Aaron and Stephen are Attention Different and proud, so whether you are a young adult, a parent, or an ADHD advocate, subscribe to our podcast and join the movement today!

We are ATTENTION DIFFERENT!!

Do you have mostly ADHD listeners? It’s great ether way!

Informative and thorough podcast with a humble host.
You should somehow market this podcast to more people without ADHD, it was helpful as someone that loves someone that is Attention Different! Can you cover these Q&As next time about relationships...

- a guest touched on “going too far” verbally, is that a part of ADHD?
- you mentioned chores & planning were difficult for people with ADHD, is their personality affected by it too or is it only productivity?
- are the majority of your listeners people with ADHD or without?
- should the “caretaker role” be avoided or should it be embraced and expected?
- Should ADHDers avoid apologizing? Or take responsibility if they cancel plans/ over-commit/ hurt someone with words or lack of action?

Sounds great! Though I would not separate us on ‘we’ and ‘they’.. “ADHD” free are only robots. Curiosity and thinking different is human’s mind natural attributes, imho..
