Audiothentic with Giri Puligandla The Audiothentic Podcast

    • Self-Improvement

Welcome back to Audiothentic, in this episode I had the unique opportunity of interviewing the executive director of the Canadian Mental Health Association, Edmonton region, Giri Puligandla.

Giri describes the journey he took to becoming executive director and his well-established and sincere passion for mental health. Additionally, we discuss what CMHA is currently working on as a response to the pandemic and acknowledge the impact that it has had on the mental health and morale of our country and the world at large.

Finally, we discuss the event that we hosted together, on September 10th, for World Suicide Prevention Day. This event was a collaboration with the Living Hope, the Edmonton Downtown Business Association and CMHA, in hopes of spreading awareness and offering support to our community’s collective response to suicide.
