Autonomous Unity Episode 082 - NAWS Claims vs Documented Fact Autonomous Unity

    • Non-Profit

THIS PODCAST IS INTENDED FOR MEMBERS OF NARCOTICS ANONYMOUS ONLY!!! Originally published August 3, 2020. This episode is based on an essay written by a memeber of the Alive & Free Nomads Home Group (of Nevada, North Carolina, Utah; USA) which has been continuously published on their website (https://Originalna.org) for several years. It details and fully documents the actual facts surrounding the Fellowships' Home Group produced Baby Blue edition of the NA Basic Text in contrast to claims NAWS has repeatedly made over the years. The essay cites THE SAME source material NAWS and their World Board reference in anti-Traditionalist/anti-Baby Blue letters and memos. However, rather than simply making claims with regard to these references, the essay actually quotes court documents and WSO publications as well as providing links to the actual source material. This makes it possible for all claims made in any letters (Traditionalist essays or NAWS memos) to be independently verified or debunked by the actual readers (members of NA for whom said letters were intended). NAWS has a well-established history of making claims about "Fellowship decisions" and referencing documents, without actually citing quotes or linking to such documents in their entirety to provide context and transparency in rare instances when quotes or paraphrasing is provided. ALL of the documents referenced as source material for this essay and podcast are available IN FULL at the following link: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1ohUR6fD1QxeRdle35gqF1ISNj0l5yobV The only exception is a copy of a Motion To Enforce Or Vacate filed by Grateful Dave as the author was unable to track it down. However, the link above does include a court record proving the motion was filed (which was the point of the reference as no quote from said document was made). https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=1ohUR6fD1QxeRdle35gqF1ISNj0l5yobV
