Dr. Jessica Long
Dr. Jessica Long is a Clinical Psychologist in Kennewick, Washington. She has been a Psychologist for over 10 years with experience working with youth, adults, and families. She received a BA in Psychology from Sacred Heart University of Fairfield, CT in 1999. In this episode, Dr. Long discusses the importance of seeking help from a trusted adult. Later, Ellie joins Taya and Makenzie to discuss the importance of empathy and how you can help your friends if they are struggling.
