As we enter into the new year, Niles and Bijon celebrate their January birthday's in only being two days apart, Bijon's upcoming snowboarding trip with his family, Niles getting in another 28 days of skiing this season, the importance of listening to and being inspired by various music genres, to recording their new album and the collaboration with other artists and musicians.

As we enter into the holidays and celebrate holiday cheer, Niles and Bijon discuss the value of end-of-year reflections, meditation, breathing exercises and the benefits of perception. Bijon summarizes his experience as a professor finishing up the last semester at Berklee College of Music and recording a Christmas Classic with Diana Krall ft.
