Back to Life is a revolutionary stretching and strengthening method to naturally relieve chronic back pain.  Emily created this program as a way to avoid back surgery after suffering from chronic back pain many years herself.  She has taught this method for the past ten years at her studio and she launched the DVD version of her program in 2017.
