I, Kamécha Boudreau, wasn't always an ALPHA, I fought to become her.
Before, I was lacking self confidence, shy. I didn’t know who I was, seeking outward validation. I was inconsistent, brain fog always. Wasn’t pushing myself & saw my goals getting no closer.
I had a drug & alcohol problem plus I was poppin’ yets, smokin’ joints and doing dabs from morning till night. I was stopped dead in my tracks when I was diagnosed with depression, ADHD & anxiety. To top if off I was struggling with major family problems, one of my parents willingly walked out of my life. I felt unwanted, unloved and I would have loved to put myself 6 feet under.
I decided that this was not going to be my reality and I fought with everything I had. -
