Must Listen

I love this podcast. I love Melissa because she’s genuine AF and makes you dig deep into yourself. It may be uncomfortable to acknowledge certain sabotaging dramas you create for yourself when losing weight but Melissa calls you out on it and in the end you learn and feel so much better about yourself. Listening is a MUST.

Melissa is so motivating!

Her podcast about her morning routine changed my life! Actually, it was the first of any podcast I’ve ever listened to before. Now, I’ve listened (and some re-listened) to every single one. I’m glad she repeatedly says how important mindset and journaling are for success. In the beginning, I was hesitant about journaling, and not being a cardio bunny. I’ve lost tons of weight. I feel like I know her, she’s so down to earth and relatable. How strange is this??? My mom’s name is Debi, my sister’s name is Melissa whose daughter’s name is Sarah! Thank you so much!!!
