Podcast idea :)

I listened to this while getting dressed today. It really made me want to dress how I wanted and realize I'm more than a number on the scale

Britt if you see this can you please make a podcast or TikTok or anything taking about how to continue to recover when when you see things or hear things about eating disorders.
An example of this is, one of my friends was talking about what she ate for breakfast, which was nothing, but me I ate something, and her saying that made me feel so guilty and all I wanted to do was restrict for the next few days so I wouldn't feel bad about myself. I wanna know how to stop thinking like that and how to "tune out" people like that, or videos like that, or just anything along those lines.
But I listened to some of your other podcasts and they helped me get out of that mindset. But it would be nice to have a podcast based on that topic.
