Drs. Feigenbaum and Baraki put out the most science-backed, informative podcast out there. They only present the most important information in a very digestible way and they’re both so articulate. As a doctor, I know just enough about health and fitness to know when I’m hearing pure gold. They’re a refreshing change from other podcasts that platform quacks. And they’re funny too. I’ve stopped listening to other podcasts because I can trust what these doctors say.

I have only listened to a few…. Thank heavens! Their episode 381 and recommendation on how much vitamin D one should take (600-800 iu) is grossly inaccurate. Better to listen to someone who has better more accurate information.

The Barbell Medicine podcast (and their website, and programs, and supplements) are actually based on a nuanced understanding of the actual literature. What a novel concept! It’s a breath of fresh air in a space where the loudest voices tend to be the dumbest.

For those who want the real science (not the bro science) explained in a detailed but understandable way, you can’t beat BBM.
I really appreciate how instead of dogmatism (ahem Starting Strength), they give you that sweet sweet NUANCE ;)
