Lucas Espada is the Founder and CEO of ShowNxt and TEDx Speaker of the talk "How to Lead the Awesome Life of a Livitfulist".
Chad Bourquin is the guitar player, song writer and one half of the country duo, Big Time Grain Company. Chad travels all over performing live with his brother and partner Bret Bourquin. BTGC has performed for groups as large as 80,000. In addition, the two brothers have created the Dream Big Series inspiring all ages to discover their inner rockstar and pursue their dreams. They do this through keynote concerts, video interviews and podcasts.
