This week on Experience Design I had the opportunity to pick the brain of Ben Judy, the Head of User Experience Design at 7-Eleven.
Are you a contributor or a leader? What compels you to do the work you do as a designer? You may very well be equipped with the tools and skills necessary to deliver on "good design" but are you able to articulate the value of design? In order to gain a seat at the table, we need to be able to speak the language the rest of the people at the table are speaking. And that language is: business.
