Useful in my own journey and evolution
I happened upon the “Be Conscious” podcast, and have found it very informative and useful. Dr. Nicholas is highly articulate, has relevant topics, and outstanding guest. I make it a point to stay current on the episodes, and sometimes listen to them more than once. Consciousness and mindfulness meditation have been very beneficial for me, and this podcast supplements my current efforts extremely well.
The Inner and Outer Transgender Transformation
I have known Lady Garland since she was 12. I have always considered myself a friend, client, and supporter. That being said, I never knew she was suicidal. It breaks my heart to think of her pain. Bullying should never be acceptable. I am so proud of her perseverance and strength. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview. It was informative and their discussion was refreshing. I just listened to episode 15 with Dr. Susan and her collaborator Garland, and loved it.
It was a really personal interview, which revealed an authentic connection between Garland and Dr. Susan, as Garland explains her unique journey as a transgender woman. The questions, the answers, the stories from Garland’s life, or all flow like a natural conversation in someone’s home, while diving into details that will make you think, and feel.
