A positive take
I love Vips and Vicki’s positive take on the modern corporate experience. They hope for a world where individuals strive to be benefactors and leaders that help encourage the spirit of being “fabulous”—a meaning to them that encompasses something that is difficult to define but uniquely good, and a source of positivity in the world.
Their familiarity and respect for one another pulls you right into their session and you feel transported to their home/work/café. There you can contemplatively listen to two friends discuss something they have already agreed upon but are rehashing because you had missed the conversation the first time around.
Vips and Vicki’s approach and demeanor are similar to the idealistic, longview’d ideas of the likes of Simon Sinek, though much more prescriptive, and their upbeat banter make it very easy to listen to.
