Morning Mantra: “Stop putting so much pressure on yourself.”

Don’t be so busy chasing life that you have no time to really live it. It’s easy to be busy. It’s easy to put pressure on yourself to achieve certain things by a certain time. Take the “shoulds” out of your thoughts. “I should be doing this…” “I should have achieved that…””I should be happy…”  “I should have more…”

It’s also easy to put pressure on relationships. You worry they are not enough. That they don’t care enough. That it should be a certain way. “I should feel differently…” “They should call me more…” “I should leave…”

Let life unfold as you live it. Embrace what it is, as it is, and enjoy the process. Make decisions in a calm place not in a pressure cooker.

And remember- you are the only one that can put pressure on your life. You control what you think about any situation or relationship.
