Tiffany blew my mind when she sent a message to my loved one's during the episode. She has battled traumas and bullying on her journey of self-acceptance, while being a conduit for other's loved ones. What a confusing and frightening journey that must be to partake in this western civilization, but she shows how strong she is in embracing her spirituality and abilities. Nathaniel Bozarth zoomed into the BMV Studio with Alex Gonzalez to talk about his former anthropology background and his current endeavor being studying bias in algorithms and data analytics. Nathaniel shed some light on the systemically racist practice of redlining that got its origins in Kansas City! Nathaniel wonders and expounds upon if algorithmic ads divide us a people, and if algorithms can be fair inherently. Nathaniel answers if he believes algorithms are the defining problem of humanity in today's world. We finish with Nathaniels best solution to the problem as of today, and the answer might surprise you. It's very simple.
