A Refreshing Listen

Did you know all the countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea? I didn’t! But now I do :) - Don’t quiz me tho, k? Instead listen in to Ali’s episode on the eclectic cuisine that comes from the region. She dazzles me as a listener with her authentic attitude. Even though it’s a podcast about health, it’s one I can listen to with ease plus get a natural laugh in. Which is also quite good for your health. Delight yourself with a listen. Enjoy! 🎧
