In this episode, Janine talks about how after experiencing loss, she basically gave up on life. She wasn't necessarily suicidal, but was numb and walked through life like a zombie. It was yoga that finally gave her back her spark. Now, after years of training and countless clients, Janine has written a book, been on television, and adorned the cover of BC Yoga Magazine. She shares her knowledge that with applying yogic principles, you can change for the better,  your mind, body, and spirit.
