Gives a new meaning to “magical realism”
There’s only one word to describe listening to Linda’s podcast: DELICIOUS! Not just the things she says and the stories she shares, which have a freakishly universal aspect no matter who is being interviewed, but the way in which her unique and beautiful relationship to the magic of this world is alive in every sentence and moment. Her solo-cast was so engaging and honest. Her conversations with other writers are poignant, funny, fierce, and unapologetic. It’s a potent combo of the good medicine of the magic-minded and the tell-it-like-it-is realism facets of Linda’s character.
Having attended her Carmel Writer’s retreat and experienced both in person, I just wanted to shout out to this beautiful human and beautiful writer: Never stop sharing! On this platform and others. The ripple effect is more vast and ongoing than you would probably ever allow yourself to imagine. Writing and everything within and around it is your calling. Hands down THE BEST podcast if you’re writing a book, have published a book, or dream of writing a book someday. Linda is a master interviewer. I sometimes wonder if she’s given her guests truth serum. All the highs and lows are here and it’s like a getting a warm hug. If you’ve ever thought you’ve lost your mind going through the creative process ~ welcome to the land where your tribe exists! There’s so much inspiration here, i feel like I’ve plugged into a generator with every episode.
