Bringing that theme into the podcast, Merritt ends each episode by answering a few listener questions on air! Call 214-620-0473 to leave a voicemail and ask Merritt anything! Join Merritt as she shares her highs, lows and everything in between as an entrepreneur, influencer and single girl next door.

For the main topic in this episode, Merritt discusses her experience with hiring employees over the years! From where she posted job listings to finding the right fit, you’ll hear a bit about her entire hiring process as a business owner and blogger. Near the end of the episode, she brings her assistant, Liza, in to introduce her and chat about the State Fair of Texas and TX OU game! Additionally, she talks Kate Middleton’s recent fashion moments and her favorite collections from fashion month before diving into the main topic of the week. Merritt’s been in a rut with just about everything in the last year and a half! She discusses what those ruts are and how she’s trying to dig her way out of them, from diet and fitness to dating and work. Hopefully there are some helpful takeaways in there…!
