After growing frustrated with the emphasis of body-shaming in the fitness industry,  she's become obsessed with transforming lives through a strategic approach to productivity, habit formation, and empowerment through the mind-body connection. 


She helps you discover a love of balancing mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing by restructuring simple daily habits to accomplish personal along with professional goals. She coaches 1-on-1 and in small groups to set each client’s Philosophy on Wellness to build out the life they imagine where negative self-talk, willpower, procrastination, and inconsistency are no longer a limiting factor to personal joy.
