Excellent series for aspiring ultramarathoners

The first hand experience and coaching advice is presented in an entertaining manner. I’ve run many miles to these episodes. They are so good I’m going back through and listening to the seasons again.

As a newer ultra marathoner, I appreciate all the wisdom and professional coaching. All coaches really offer superior advice that can be applied to your everyday trail runner to an elite trail runner. The podcast is very relatable on every level.
