Super Informative

Fascinating info on how much our DNA can dictate.. I’ve bounced around from low-calorie, low-carb and fad diets most of my adult life. I’ve contemplated going gluten and dairy free for ages, but never committed. I love the idea behind testing NOT guessing. Also, I’m heavily cardio focused at the gym and had no idea different DNA makeups can require different exercise regimes 🤷🏼‍♀️ ready to find out my results and feel the changes!
