Wonderful leadership podcast!
Leadership is wildly important yet it feels like it is not focused on even close to as much as it should be. We seem to focus too much on the success of a business itself rather than the character traits of the people that make the business successful. This podcast does a good job encouraging the development that is beehind all the successful companies out there. Wonderful job!
I’m a believer!
I was fortunate to come across this podcast! As I listened I realized how much I agreed with the concepts being spoken of in regards to true leadership or lack thereof and to many managers. I find it exciting that there are others out there desiring to be true leaders as well as building true leaders! I look forward to future podcasts!
The Beesness of Leadership
This podcast may be the best personal leadership development investment you’ll make this year. Many businesses large and small are dramatically over managed and woefully under led. This begs the question “what is effective leadership and how can I be a better leader”? BeeDowntown Founder and CEO Leigh Kathryn Bonner, and US Military Academy at West Point and Fuqua School of Business at Duke University Leadership Professor Emeritus Ret. Colonel Joe LaBoeuf do a masterful job of “unpacking” leadership in a practical way that can start to make anyone a better leader immediately in a unique and entertaining way.
