Great way to start running

I went from no running at all to 30 minutes straight thanks to this podcast. That was five years ago and I’m still running regularly. My husband did the same. I recommend this to anyone who wants to start running, no matter if they haven’t run in years or ever.

Just finished week 7, I love this podcast. Never thought I could run more than a minute. So thankful for the team that helped put this together. Awesome podcast and highly recommend if you want to get into running.

Returning to running after an injury and 2 full months away, I thought I would try this. I trust The Guardian, and figured their running program deserved a chance. After 6 short weeks, I am back to my pre-injury time for a 5k, and even maybe a bit better. I have tried others before, but the sound track and the host make this easy. I have all ready recommended it to friends who were looking to get into running. Can't wait to get into the advanced program!
