Fans that live in areas populated by the home team... not their team, talk about what it's like to be a visitor at home.
Isles Meetup RDU: Justin Dolan
Our host Matt talks to Justin Dolan, an original six founder of the “Isles Meetup Groups”. Justin heads the Raleigh-Durham (Isles Meetup RDU) segment of the group. As a lifelong New York Islanders fan, he noticed a large contingent of fellow fans at the Carolina Hurricanes games.
The Isles Meetup RDU group was founded shortly after and is growing ever since. Game to game, season by season, the group has seen steady growth. RDU, joined by the Charlott group has made PNC Arena almost as loud as “The Barn”, Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Each game brings YesMenOutfitters’ Devon, The Islanders Booster club, and Donald Rosner (Bagel Boss) straight from New York. The tailgating has coverage by Islander/MSG coverage and receives visits by people from the Islanders. Such as studio reporter Shannon Hogan, play-by-play broadcaster Brendan Burke, Isles owner John Ledeky, and Islanders royalty, Butch Goring.

What is Behind Enemy Lines?
Behind Enemy Lines is a podcast highlighting fans outside of their team’s home market. When fans go to games in areas they live, they are still visitors, even if they were born there. This episode is why this podcast exists.
