Then 11 years ago, Kate joined Coordinate and has been at the head of the creative force there as the creative director and partner. In her spare time, her overflowing creativity has resulted in a soon-to-be-published novel.

Within a few years, Gabe brought that vision to life and now supports the local community and builds local pride via his POP Canberra store.
With new developments on the horizon in the digital space, POP is set on a path of evolution that will bring even more contributions to local makers and connect them with bigger audiences.

Aj set his eyes on architecture early on a kicked things off with a degree at the University of Canberra. From there he increased his applied experience by working in a number of firms before being ready to provide the type of high-level creative, technical and business contribution needed for a partner in an architecture firm.
Aj is a huge believer in people-focused design and his real kick comes from how we all engage with homes, buildings, spaces and precincts in Canberra that he has had involvement in.

She has not looked back since and pins her career progress on being passionate about communications, knowing which clients to gel with not letting organic life opportunities pass you by.
