Our first real dive into video interviews at Behind The Deckz started last year at Hard Island 2018, and we still can't believe how far we've come in the space of a year. Wrapping up the coverage for this years event, we have this extended piece with the one and only Radical Redemption.

We got to talk about so much during this extended interview. Tune in to catch some exclusive info about the Brutal saga, how Radical constructs his sets and some of his plans for the future. Ever wonder about who the voice behind Brutal 3.0 was? We were definitely surprised to say the least!

Thanks to all of the artists, DJs and fans that have supported us throughout the past few weeks and even years in making Behind The Deckz what it is today. We're so happy that we're able to share some of the stories of our favourite producers and we can't wait to take our journey to the next level.

And so after 5 weeks and 15 stellar conversations with some of the leading acts in hard dance, we've reached the last week of Hard Island interviews!

First up, we have the one and only Partyraiser, the hardcore powerhouse that has been giving U.S names international exposure with his label Partyraiser Recordings. In this extended interview, we got talking about the development of the U.S hardcore scene, its history and what can be done by promotors and artists alike to help foster a healthy culture for the future. Lets-a go! Definitely one of the most fun interviews we've done, this time we got chatting with the always energetic yet devastating Super Trash Bros!

Formed just a short time ago by Sprinky and Hyrule War, the duo has spent the last year demolishing stages with their combination of oldschool Nintendo sounds and frenchcore kicks. For everyone at Behind the Deckz, D-Block & S-Te-Fan were at least partly responsible for getting us into the scene over a decade ago. It was an honour to finally interview them and can definitely say it was one of the interviews we've been looking forward to releasing the most!

Recorded the day after their own stage hosting at Hard Island, we got chatting to the unstoppable duo about their new liveact 'Ghost Stories' and what they have in store for the future. For a group so long in the scene and yet still so dominant, it's indisputable that DBSTF really are one of the greatest acts to ever grace Hardstyle. Truly world renowned indeed.
