Becoming An Evolved Leader: Leading with Intention, Empowering People

Becoming An Evolved Leader: Leading with Intention, Empowering People

Leading with intention is one big word to me. I like to use intention as a way to explain what I want to be thinking about, especially as a leader. In this episode, I talk with Ashlee Livingstone, CEO of Our Forte. We talk about how to become an evolved leader by understanding and being aligned with your organization's values as well as empowering employees through leadership and accountability. It can be one of the toughest parts of the process to lead your team with the values in mind, because it's hard to know how those values fit into all of the things that your team is doing. However, working toward a common goal and staying aligned with each other can help empower employees towards growth and success.

Storytelling: The Key to Connecting with Your Target Market

Storytelling: The Key to Connecting with Your Target Market

In this episode, I talk with Katherine Williams, co-founder and chief editor of Variantista. We talk about the importance of storytelling to connect with your target market. The key to connecting with your target market and creating a relationship is storytelling. Storytelling is the way people relate to information, and it can also be used for spreading brand values throughout a community. You need to tell stories about what you've done, why you do things and how people benefit from your products, services or ideas. if you have a deep connection with your audience already, then it leaves an opportunity for them to bring them through, nurture that relationship and then at some point into the conversion phase or continued loyalty.

Good concise content

As a business owner who has a short attention span, I find Tyler’s format and focused questions to be a great add to my podcast library

Short, sweet, and helpful!

Really great listen! I’m not a naturally business-y person and I feel like I’ve gotten to learn a lot of great points from some really cool people. Tyler asks some great questions and I love that every guest has been so different so far. I also appreciate that they’re shorter episodes and easy to listen to. Can’t wait to keep following along and learning more!
