Being An Imperfect Person Is A Blessing WAY OF LIV

    • Self-Improvement

I would like to know why do we fear embracing our flaws and always trying to portray a perfect image in front of the people? For today's podcast I take reference from the book The Gifts Of Imperfection by Brene Brown.

The brown tells us 10 guideposts and how by using them live wholeheartedly and joyfully a life of imperfection.

1 Letting go of what people think -
2 Letting go of perfectionism-

3. Letting go of numbing and powerlessness-
4 Letting go of scarcity and fear of the dark-
5 Letting go of the need for certainty
6 Letting go of comparison
7 Letting go of exhaustion as a status symbol and productivity as self-worth-
8 Letting go of anxiety as a lifestyle
9 Letting go of self-doubt and “supposed to
10 Letting go of being always in control-

In the end, I will only say that perfection is the biggest myth because nobody can be perfect in this life and when we run after perfection we ended ourselves in a deep bit of darkness and sadness with no way to get out of this. Try to embrace the imperfection in your life.
