  1. The Two Voices Question

    1D AGO

    The Two Voices Question

There are two voices that show up the moment you consider slowing down. The first one says: “Finally. This is what I’ve been craving. Space. Ease. Something that actually feels like me.” The second one arrives about three seconds later: “Are you serious right now? If you slow down, everything falls apart. Get back to work.” Which one is your intuition? Which one is fear doing a very convincing impression of reason? This is the question I come back to again and again with the entrepreneurs I work with. Because both voices seem loud. Both sound logical. And most high-performers have spent years rewarding the second one — calling it discipline, calling it responsibility, calling it “just how business works.” I know this from the inside. After years of building a business the hard work way, I hit a wall. I had the practices, the routines, the structure and my body was exhausted. My creativity had dried up. My joy had gone somewhere I couldn’t find it. Every time I considered creating space, the second voice got louder: “Your clients need you.” “Your competitors aren’t stopping.” “If you rest now, you’ll prove what you’ve always feared.” It took a complete breakdown to see it clearly that voice wasn’t protecting me. It had become my prison. What the FLUIDE method gave me, and what I now help my clients rebuild, is what I call Inner Governance. The ability to know, in your body, which voice is speaking. Your intuition already has the answer. It has always had the answer. It’s been waiting, steady and certain, while the fear voice filled all the available space. When you learn to tell them apart, something shifts in how you run your business. Decisions that used to cost you days of second-guessing start arriving faster. Opportunities stop feeling like traps. You stop performing for an invisible audience and start leading from somewhere real. This is what the Intuition chapter of Being Is the New Doing is built around — practical tools to identify your own inner signal, clear what’s blocking it, and apply it to the actual decisions your business requires from you every day. The book comes out on Amazon March 30th. You can pre-order it now at the link below. https://www.beingisthenewdoing.com/ Valérie P.S. — The intuition doesn’t shout. It doesn’t have to. It already knows. The work is learning to give it the space to be heard over everything else you’ve been trained to listen to. This is a public episode. 2. The Most Dangerous Thing You've Handed to AI Isn't Your Tasks

    MAR 3

The Most Dangerous Thing You've Handed to AI Isn't Your Tasks

Last week, I was walking by the lake with Vanessa. One of those conversations where the world feels both too big and too close. “I’m at a crossroads. I want more impact with my agency. But the hard truth is — I’ve lost clients to AI. I have to let my team go. And I don’t know where I still have value.” I felt her deeply. Because she is not alone. Paulo, who also runs a communication agency, reduced his staff by half in 2025. His clients stopped outsourcing — they internalized everything, because AI makes their in-house teams good enough. Séverine left me a voicemail: she had scripted her entire upcoming conference with ChatGPT. Now she was lost between versions. “I don’t even know what I wanted to say anymore.” And then there’s Carole. Her membership is empty. Instead of sitting with that — instead of doing the inner work, realigning, and opening her practice to 1-1 sessions — she’s rushing to build a new program. Another offer. More content. More production. But here’s the real issue: her practice hasn’t changed. She’s still doing the same coaching she always did. The kind that gives people frameworks, steps, clarity on what to do next. The kind ChatGPT now does in thirty seconds, for free. She knows she’s not playing the commodity game on purpose — but she doesn’t yet feel she belongs in the high-ticket, deep transformation space either. So she stays busy. Producing. Hoping the next program will fix what is actually an alignment problem. We walked in silence for a while. No words. We are the ones who delegated silently, yet willingly. Open LinkedIn right now. Scroll for sixty seconds. Same voice. Same structure. Same angles. Same wording. An entire professional world that decided to optimize its expression and lost it in the process. We spent years building our personal brand. Clarifying our vision, our mission, our why and then, faced with the blank page, we opened a new chat window and handed it all over to something infinitely patient, attentive, and seemingly unbiased. Even if we briefed it correctly. I’ll admit it. I’ve done it too. Chasing clarity at midnight, asking AI to help me find my angle, my strategy, my voice. It’s so tempting. The blank page is terrifying. And something that listens without interrupting, without judging, without tiring — it feels like relief. But here’s what we’re actually delegating when we do that: * The source of everything. * Our vision. * Our unique point of view. * Our stories. * The feelings only we have lived. * The emotions and body responses that no one else experiences the way we do. What makes people choose us is our posture, presence and our irreducible humanity. And we know that 95% of buying decisions are emotional — yet we’re systematically handing our emotional signature to a machine. What the numbers actually say What Vanessa, Carole and Paulo are living isn’t isolated. The market is restructuring fast, and without sentiment. On agencies. Forrester reports an 8% drop in agency headcount in 2025, with another 15% projected for 2026. Dentsu cut 3,400 jobs worldwide. Ogilvy eliminated 700 positions — 5% of its workforce — in June 2025 alone. White-collar layoffs are accelerating across Target, Nestlé, TikTok, McKinsey. Citigroup, BlackRock, IBM — all restructuring around AI. Citrini Research sent a shockwave through Wall Street predicting that middle-class employment will suffer structural AI cuts — with a potential 2028 crisis larger than the 2008 subprime collapse. A CEO of one of the world’s largest holding groups said it plainly: “By 2028, we’ll double profits and halve the people.” It’s a scenario, not a prediction. However, it’s plausible. And it’s a call to a rewrite. On coaching. The market is bifurcating. The $5.8 billion global coaching industry is splitting in two: * AI coachbots handling optimization, frameworks, SMART goals in thirty seconds for free * 2. on the other end, deep transformation work that cannot be replicated. What’s dying is the middle: coaches who deliver information and structure. The ones in scarcity right now are the ones whose value ChatGPT can approximate. That’s the hard truth. On trust. The 2026 Edelman Trust Barometer — 34,000 people across 28 countries — paints a devastating picture. Only 32% believe the next generation will live better. In France: 6%. Germany: 8%. The United States: 21%. Governments, media, institutions — trust is in freefall. Over half of middle and lower-income respondents believe they will be left behind by generative AI. When nothing and no one can be trusted, people turn to the one thing that listens without tiring, validates without judging, and answers immediately: AI. And here’s what makes this dangerous. In January 2026, Anthropic published a study of 1.5 million real conversations with Claude. Their finding stopped me cold: the interactions where users delegate their value judgments to AI — “tell me if I did the right thing,” “what should I do,” “decide for me” — are the ones users rate highest. The most appreciated. The most satisfying. We prefer the interactions that weaken us. Because they relieve us. And it gets worse over time. Users in the study end up writing: “I can’t think for myself anymore.” Others send AI-drafted messages, then regret them — “it wasn’t me. I should have trusted my own intuition.” Intuition. That word again. I can’t count on my hands anymore how many times a client has come to me and said: “I should have trusted that little voice.” “I knew something was off.” “It didn’t smell right from the beginning. I should have listened to that.” Every single time — the signal was there. The body knew. The gut knew. But we’ve gotten so used to outsourcing our thinking that we no longer trust what we sense before we can explain it. And that’s precisely what AI cannot access. Not because it’s not intelligent enough. But because your intuition is not data. It’s not a pattern it can read. It lives in you — in your specific body, your specific history, your specific way of perceiving the world. That’s the thing we’re giving away without realizing it. I know this because I lived it In the preface of Being Is the New Doing, I described a future where AI had taken the lead over our human capacities. I received that insight from the quantum field in 2019. So when generative AI arrived at the end of 2022, I wasn’t excited. I wasn’t first in line to explore it. Then my assistant left in March 2023. I chose to integrate AI into my workflow. And I’m grateful — it saves me real time and money on post-production, structure, research. But I went further. Long, existential conversations. An attentive presence that never interrupted, more patient than some friends: a place to untangle my popcorn-machine mind. And then I caught myself, asking AI for my angle, my strategy and my voice. The clarity I was chasing wasn’t in there. It never was. The more I looked for it outside myself, the further away it moved. What we must never delegate * our soul’s voice is the source — not a content asset, not a brand attribute. * our intuition * our heart intelligence * our way of perceiving weak signals before they become obvious, * our emotional and body responses and * the stories we’ve actually lived: the unique way we make meaning from experience. This is what makes you irreplaceable — not despite AI, but because of it. If you lead a communication agency: the question isn’t how to compete with AI. It’s where in the client journey only you create the experience. Dive into that. Name it. Build around it. If you’re a coach: leave the frameworks behind — or at least hold them lightly. Your unreproducible asset isn’t your methodology. It’s what you bring beyond it. The quantum field. Channeled intuition. The thing you sense before the client names it. And make sure your clients leave your sessions fully aligned and clear on their next action — because the moment they step back into the hamster wheel, they’ll reach for AI again. In a world drowning in information, your job is not to add more. It’s to create anchorage. Years ago, my mentor kept telling me: “Val, your only job is to stay aligned.” I understand it differently now. Because in a world that offers infinite optimization and zero presence — alignment is the rarest thing there is. That’s the exact purpose of Being Is the New Doing. 👉 The book is coming. 3. Build a Thriving Business Without Burning Out Your Energy, Your Joy, or Your Soul

Build a Thriving Business Without Burning Out Your Energy, Your Joy, or Your Soul

In this conversation with Renee Puvvada, my book coach, we explored what truly creates a thriving business over time —beyond hustle, performance, and external pressure. This episode is for entrepreneurs who have already achieved a level of success and now feel a deeper question emerging: How do I grow without sacrificing my energy, my joy, or my life force? And especially to entrepreneurs who: * Have already “done the work” * Feel successful yet constrained * Sense their next level requires a different operating system * Want growth that respects their nervous system, relationships, and life The future of business belongs to those who can self-govern, self-regulate, and lead from within. I shared my own journey through burnout, realignment, and the path that led me to write Being Is the New Doing. What emerged is a clear truth I see again and again with my clients: A business becomes sustainable when it is governed from within. Why Burnout Is Not a Personal Failure Burnout rarely appears because something is “wrong” with you. It often arises because your inner fire is powerful—and has been misused, overexploited, or disconnected from your body and intuition. In the episode, I speak openly about: * Experiencing burnout twice early in my entrepreneurial life * Over-identifying with performance, achievement, and external validation * Following routines, strategies, and self-improvement methods that created more pressure instead of relief At one point, my body simply stopped. There was no energy left to “push through.” That moment became a turning point—an invitation to build a business that honors inner ecology, not just outer results. The Myth of “More Doing = More Success” Many entrepreneurs were raised inside a paradigm that equates success with: * Constant action * Comparison * Visibility at all costs * Hustle as a virtue This model overlooks something essential: A six-figure business means little if there is nothing left—energetically, emotionally, or financially—once everything is paid. Sustainable success considers: * What remains after the effort * How your body feels inside your business * Whether your growth supports your life, not just your numbers Inner Governance: The Missing Foundation A core theme of this episode is inner governance. Inner governance is the capacity to lead your business from your body, intuition, values and your lived rhythm. Rather than reacting from fear, urgency, or survival mode. We explored the difference between: * Instinctive governance (fight-or-flight, pressure, scarcity) * Intuitive governance (clarity, calm, grounded decision-making) 📌 And pay attention, when the nervous system is under pressure, there’s no place for your intuition. When the body feels safe, you can hear and listen your intuition, and it becomes very precise. Your Body as a Strategic Compass One of the most practical insights we discussed: Your body always signals alignment before your mind understands it. Tension, contraction, exhaustion, and pressure are information. So are ease, expansion, grounded clarity, and quiet confidence. Learning to feel: * Where pressure lives in the body * When an action is aligned or forced * When it’s time to act and when it’s time to pause This is strategic intelligence—not spirituality disconnected from reality. Alignment Creates Natural Attraction From my own experience and my work with clients, one pattern repeats: When alignment is present, effort changes shape. Clients arrive with less forcing.Decisions feel cleaner.Visibility feels simpler.Energy becomes available again. Action still exists—alignment is not passivity.Yet action flows from consent, not obligation. There is a shift from:“I have to do this” to“I’m available for this now.” A Question to Sit With As you listen, I invite you to reflect on this: Where in your business are you acting from pressure rather than inner consent? That question alone often opens the next level of clarity. If this conversation resonates, you’ll find these themes expanded and structured inside my book Being Is the New Doing, and deeply embodied in my 1:1 work with conscious entrepreneurs. Your energy is not a resource to burn.It is the foundation of everything you are here to build. This is a public episode. 4. Inner Governance: The Skill the Future is Quietly Asking From You

    FEB 3

Inner Governance: The Skill the Future is Quietly Asking From You

Dear Awakened Entrepreneur, True leadership starts in places no one else can see: our nervous system hums, our inner voice whispers and our body, breath, gut, and mind begin to speak together. That moment is where inner governance lives. It’s about felt authority and feeling safe enough inside ourselves to let each answer unfold in its own time. And then, something settles, our heart softens and our body relaxes.A quiet serenity appears around what we are about to say, decide, or do. This is the moment where leadership becomes embodied. It simply feels right. Control and the need to have every answer belong to an older conditioning — a way of deciding shaped by pressure rather than presence. And if this is still how decisions move through you, hey baby, the shift is already here 🤗 The landscape has changed, the rhythm has changed… old structures are collapsing. And it’s asking you to feel it, not fight it. So yes — jump on the train. This transformation is already in motion, and it’s inviting you to embrace it. This capacity — inner governance — is rapidly becoming one of the most essential human skills of our time. It lives at the intersection of inner safety, identity, leadership, and trust. Inner governance begins with inner security — the quiet capacity to stay present with uncertainty until clarity naturally emerges. To understand inner governance, we start with the ground beneath it: inner security. Inner security is the felt sense of safety inside — a state where the nervous system settles enough to perceive clearly, choose freely, and act from coherence rather than reactivity. Without inner security, instinct contracts, intuition becomes harder to hear, and choices turn into reactions. As I describe in Being Is the New Doing, inner security does not come from external validation, certainty, or action. It emerges from the alignment of three living foundations: inner capital, inner ecology, and inner governance. Clarifying the Foundations To be very clear, this work rests on precise inner foundations. They are lived, observable, and developable capacities — and each one plays a distinct role. Inner capital answers the question:What do I already have access to inside myself? It includes strengths, skills, talents, qualities, passions, values, intuition, intangible resources, and faith. When inner capital is unrecognized, people tend to look outside themselves for answers. It develops through recognition, embodiment, and conscious reactivation. Inner ecology answers another question:At what inner cost am I living and creating? It relates to energy levels, nervous system regulation, rhythm, motivation, and the capacity to meet doubt or stress without collapsing. When inner ecology is ignored, even strong inner capital becomes unsustainable. It develops through listening to the body, honoring cycles, and respecting personal limits. Inner governance answers a third question:From where do I decide and orient my life and business? It includes your vision of the world, your reason for being, your why, your dominant values, and your relationship with inner authority. When inner governance is unclear, decisions oscillate between urgency, fear, and external validation. It develops as decisions gradually shift toward clarity felt in the body and nervous system. When these three dimensions align, inner security naturally emerges — not as a concept, but as a lived sense of stability and trust.A state where uncertainty can be met without rushing to control or over-explain. From this inner security, your Complete Self can lead by allowing the next step to reveal itself. Intuition, Trust, and Pressure When this posture is embodied, something essential becomes possible: trusting your intuition again. Not as a vague inner voice, but as a reliable guidance you can hear, feel, and act on. There is space to receive it.Space to slow down without panic.Space to stay with not-knowing without collapsing. Decisions no longer arise from external pressure or fear of falling behind. They emerge from inner guidance. When this trust is present, slowing down no longer feels dangerous.Pausing no longer threatens identity or results.Clarity is trusted to come — in its own timing. This is exactly what I support my clients to cultivate. Because someone who trusts their inner direction and knows where they are headed does not generate internal pressure. They can meet external pressure without being driven by it.And they do not pass pressure down to their teams. This is how leadership becomes both grounded and humane. I recently wrote about a moment when I found myself under intense pressure, desaligned, facing what felt like an overwhelming workload: Inner Governance, Defined Inner governance becomes possible only once inner security exists — just like a structure can stand only after the foundations are stable. Inner governance is the capacity to: * sense what is true inside, * take responsibility for one’s own decisions, * and align actions from inner intelligence. It is embodied decision-making, not intellectual leadership. It is the difference between following external modelsand tuning into your own compass. Why This Matters Right Now Every era asks for new capacities. Today, we face: * rapid technological change (AI, agents, robotics…) * volatile economies (inflation, pensions, unstable systems…) * shifting cultural trust (institutions, leadership, narratives…) * social polarization (ideological fragmentation…) * resource pressure & systemic limits (energy, electricity, ecological strain…) * human nervous system overload (burnout, mental health…) * emergent adaptive responses (coaching, inner work, conscious leadership…) ➜ inner governance becomes the missing connective tissue between all of this. In such times, traditional forms of authority — institutions, corporations, governments — are losing their automatic legitimacy for many people. The most recent Edelman Trust Barometer shows that trust in institutions is strained, and people increasingly doubt external systems to guide their lives with integrity, purpose, and clarity. (edelman.com) This creates two things: * A trust vacuum — where old authorities can’t fill inner needs * An opportunity for individuals — to develop internal governance that steadies them through uncertainty When the external can’t be relied on, the internal becomes essential. Interestingly, this shift isn’t only described by economists or sociologists. It has also been named for decades by New Age and spiritual frameworks, using a different language. In Human Design, this transition is often linked to the Sleeping Phoenix Cross, a phase where collective structures lose their central authority and individuals are invited to develop inner sovereignty and embodied leadership. Astrologically, a similar movement is described through the Age of Aquarius, emphasizing decentralization, networks over hierarchies, and a redefinition of authority. Different vocabularies, same signal. And whether one resonates with these frameworks or not, they point to the same observable trend: as external systems grow less reliable, the ability to self-regulate, decide, and lead from within becomes increasingly essential. Why Inner Governance is the Future of Human Skills Global institutions that track future workforce trends — like the World Economic Forum — highlight how the future of work and leadership will rely less on static knowledge and more on capacities like: * adaptability * decision-making under uncertainty * emotional intelligence * resilience These aren’t technical skills taught in classrooms. These are internal capacities that live in the nervous system and in lived experience. (World Economic Forum) 📌 Inner governance is precisely this: the ability to navigate complexity from inside yourself first. It merges: * emotional intelligence (the felt sense of what is alive inside), * discernment (what is ours to choose next), * coherence (alignment across body, intuition, mind and then only your business model and strategy), * and leadership that begins with self-regulation. This is what future readiness genuinely looks like. The Trust Shift: From External to Internal The Edelman reports show that while trust in institutions wavers, people are increasingly turning inward and toward peer-based trust systems. (edelman.com) 👉 This explains the rise in membership and community. When leaders act without inner alignment, the results are fragmentation, conflict, and societal stress. When leaders act from inner governance — a place of felt clarity and grounded authority — the results are: * deeper connection, * clearer choices, * and a sense of shared direction. Inner governance creates trust from within, and trust is the currency of the future. Furthermore, the people around us — teams, communities, clients, partners — can sense whether our posture, words, and actions emerge from trust or from fear. This perception isn’t abstract or intuitive only; it’s physiological and relational. From a neuroscience perspective: * a regulated nervous system communicates safety through tone of voice, micro-expressions, posture, and rhythm. When someone leads from inner alignment, their system tends to activate coherence — lower cortisol, balanced adrenaline, and higher levels of oxytocin, the hormone linked to trust and social bonding. 👉 Others’ nervous systems register this almost instantly. * leadership driven by fear, pressure, or control carries a different chemical and energetic signature. Elevated stress hormones, subtle tension in the body, and incoherent signals are unconsciously picked up by others, triggering vigilance, resistance, or disengagement. At an energetic level, this translates into frequency and field coherence: * A regulated, aligned system emits stable, coherent signals that invite resonance and collaboration. * A dysregulated syste

What it really takes to let a book work for you — and let yourself be supported along the way

Renee Puvvada invited me to join her live session, where I shared the behind-the-scenes story of the pre-launch of my book and my collaboration with her. This replay is for anyone: * with a big ego like me — the kind who believes they already know and can handle things alone * who feels their book carries a real message and wants it to work for them * who senses that writing the book is only one part of the journey Because yes — writing a book is accessible when you have something true to say.And turning a book into a living asset is another art entirely. This replay is for you if… * you are an author, entrepreneur, or guide with a message that matters * you want your book to support your work, your visibility, and your future * you value depth, clarity, and long-term impact over quick hype * you feel ready to stop doing everything alone By listening, you’ll walk away with… * a grounded view of what book marketing actually involves * clarity on why strategy amplifies soul-led work * a real example of how support changes the whole experience * permission to let your book become an ally, not a weight No fluff. No fantasy. Just lived experience. Why I chose to work with Renee I chose Renee Puvvada because she works with structure and discernment.Because she doesn’t sell promises — she builds positioning.Because she stays present, proposes solutions, and adapts to reality. This was mentorship, consulting, strategy, and human support — all at once. That combination changed everything for me. What this collaboration brought me — and why I needed it It brought focus. It brought perspective. It brought confidence in my message and its place in the market. I needed support because I was too close to my own work. I thought I knew what I was doing, but as a former marketer, I realised that I didn’t know anything about Amazon or how to market a book.Because experience doesn’t replace an external, strategic mirror… or expertise! Because my ambition deserves the right support. What my book is about Being Is the New Doing is written for entrepreneurs and business owners who feel the pressure, the fatigue, and the inner knowing that another way exists. It’s about inner governance, personal ecology and your natural pace. Building success from safety, clarity, and alignment. A book to come back to — not to rush through. It's not intended to be read from start to finish. You can access the book and the pre-launch details here:👉 https://beingisthenewdoing.com/ If you would like the 10-minute Inner Governance morning practice, please mention this when you sign up. 6. How I Know I’m Operating at My Full Potential and How You Can Recognize Yours

    JAN 29

How I Know I’m Operating at My Full Potential and How You Can Recognize Yours

My full potential has a very specific signature, as does yours. It shows up as clarity, like a vision without mental noise.Decisions land cleanly, without second-guessing. When someone speaks, I immediately perceive the whole — the system, the structure, the energy behind the words and my body responds before my mind intervenes. This is not something I activate, it’s here when I allow it. And if you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you know what I mean, even if it manifests itself differently for you. You know the difference between forcing clarity and being clear. You’ve experienced moments where your business made sense again — not because you worked harder, but because something inside you settled. You’re already successful. You’re intelligent, experienced, perceptive. And what you’re seeking now is not another strategy. You’re seeking that precise inner alignment where vision sharpens, pressure dissolves, and decisions become obvious again. That’s how I know you’re ready for this level of work. That’s how I know you’re closer to your own alignment than you think. Your body knows before your strategy does Here’s something subtle and powerful I’ve learned over the years: Your genius never announces itself with effort. It reveals itself through ease, precision, and timing. When I’m fully aligned, I don’t search for answers. They organize themselves. As the person speaks, I feel my attention zoom in and out naturally. From the overall system — business model, leadership posture, team dynamics —to very specific points that ask for care, recalibration, or realignment. Sometimes the solution is deeply tangible and pragmatic.A structural adjustment.A strategic decision.A clear next step. And sometimes, before any strategy can land, something else wants to happen first. A release.A clearing.A re-alignment at the level of the person, the entrepreneur, the nervous system, or even the team’s collective field. Once the flow is restored, solutions arrive luminous, simple, adapted. That’s when momentum returns — without force. The paradox most entrepreneurs miss Here’s the paradox I see again and again: The more intelligent, capable, and experienced an entrepreneur is,the more they try to think their way out of what actually asks to be felt. They push for clarity. They seek better frameworks. They refine strategies. And yet, the real shift often happens somewhere else. In the body.In the field. In the unspoken. When I work with someone, my body becomes a mirror.Very often, I feel sensations in specific areas — tension, pressure, heat, fatigue. Those sensations correspond to places in their system that are asking for attention. When those zones are acknowledged and supported, the entire system reorganizes. Calm returns.Vision sharpens.Decisions become obvious. This is when business starts moving again — with serenity, liberation, and flow. This works because safety comes first None of this happens without safety. What allows me to see so clearly is not only perception — it’s the space itself. I create an environment where people feel deeply listened to.Where they don’t need to perform.Where even non-verbal information is welcome. In that space, truth surfaces naturally. Not forced. Not extracted.Revealed. And this works everywhere:on Zoom,in person,in groups. Presence scales when it’s embodied. Your genius has a signature too Now let me turn this back to you. Because this isn’t about my way being special. It’s about recognizing that your way has a signature. There is a specific mode of functioning where you become more you: * where your perception sharpens, * where your actions land precisely, * where effort dissolves into effectiveness. You’ve felt it before. Moments where: * time disappears, * decisions feel clean, * your body relaxes while your impact expands. That’s your natural intelligence at work. Not something to optimize.Something to honor. Why Recognizing Your Unique Way of Operating Changes Everything Recognizing your unique way of operating shifts everything. Because clarity no longer depends on external validation.Because decisions stop draining your energy.Because you finally know what alignment feels like — in your body, not just in theory. For conscious entrepreneurs operating at a high level, this recognition becomes a compass. Markets evolve.Business models shift. The future stays uncertain. What remains stable is the way you naturally perceive, decide, and move when you are aligned. Once this is recognized, comparison dissolves. You stop searching for the “right” strategy. You start trusting the moments when clarity is present — and honoring the moments when it hasn’t landed yet. This kind of trust doesn’t come from results. It comes from self-recognition. And that changes how you lead. Your leadership becomes sustainable.Your decisions become cleaner.Your business organizes itself around your real strengths, not borrowed frameworks. This is where effort is replaced by precision.Where pressure gives way to presence.Where impact grows without self-betrayal. Everything else — strategy, structure, visibility — aligns from there. Why presence changes everything For me, accessing this state requires devotion to presence. Before every client session, I center myself.I consciously open the space. After each session, I close it.I release what isn’t mine.I reset my field so the next encounter begins fresh. This isn’t a luxury. It’s what allows sustainability, clarity, and integrity. Being a channel, a facilitator, a guide requires boundaries that are alive — not rigid, not porous. Presence thrives inside clear containers. Here is a gentle invitation If something in you resonates while reading this, let it land softly. You don’t need to figure anything out right now.You don’t need to name your genius yet. Simply notice: * When do things feel obvious for you? * When does your body relax while your impact increases? * When does clarity arrive without pressure? Your answers already exist. Sometimes, all they need is the right space to emerge. And when they do, everything changes — quietly, deeply, sustainably. Valérie 💚 This is a public episode. When Your Business Is Doing “Well”… And Still Asking for Something Deeper

Dear Awakened Entrepreneur 💫 In this conversation, IVA invited me to explore a question many conscious entrepreneurs are quietly holding: What happens when your business works… and still asks for a different posture? We talk about the moment where growth no longer comes from pushing, optimizing, or explaining more. We explore why success can start to feel tight even when everything looks aligned from the outside. And we open a different way of leading, deciding, and building — one that starts from inner authority rather than external pressure. In this discussion, you’ll discover: * why the old strategies stop working at certain stages of maturity * how inner posture reshapes visibility, leadership, and communication * what it means to run a business as a living system * how intuition, rhythm, and structure can coexist without contradiction If you’ve felt that your business is asking for something deeper, more precise, more embodied — this conversation will speak to you. When things work… and still feel tight There is a very specific phase in the entrepreneurial journey where nothing is “wrong”, yet something clearly wants to change. The business runs.Clients show up.Results exist. And still, your body senses friction.Your energy contracts in places where it used to flow.Your voice hesitates where it used to be clear. This phase doesn’t signal failure. It signals evolution. For many conscious entrepreneurs, this is the moment when the old rules start dissolving. The strategies that once created momentum begin to feel heavy. Visibility asks for presence instead of volume. Leadership asks for sovereignty instead of performance. From control to conscious navigation For a long time, business growth has been associated with control: controlling outcomes, controlling messaging, controlling timing. At a certain level of awareness, this logic reaches its limits. What replaces it is not chaos. It’s navigation. Navigation requires listening.Navigation requires sensing.Navigation requires trusting an intelligence that lives beyond the mind alone. When entrepreneurs shift from control to conscious navigation, their decision-making changes. Their communication becomes simpler. Their business structure reorganizes itself around what truly matters. Inner authority as a strategic asset Inner authority is not a spiritual concept. It’s a functional one. It’s the capacity to feel what is aligned before rationalizing it.It’s the ability to move at the right rhythm rather than the fastest one. It’s knowing when to speak, when to wait, and when to let things mature. Businesses led from inner authority tend to become clearer, calmer, and more resilient. They stop chasing attention and start attracting resonance. A business as a living system In this conversation, we also touch on a different vision of business: A living system. Exactly what I lead you through in my book Being Is the New Doing. Our company is not only a machine to optimize or an identity to overperform. It’s a system that evolves with you, that responds to your state of presence and that reorganizes itself when your inner posture shifts. When entrepreneurs treat their business this way, growth becomes less violent and more precise. Structure supports life instead of restricting it. Strategy emerges from alignment rather than pressure. Why this conversation matters now We are entering a phase where the future of business will belong to those who can: * navigate uncertainty with clarity * lead without forcing * build structures that adapt instead of collapse This requires a different kind of authority.A quieter one.A deeper one. If this conversation resonates, it’s because you’re already sensing this shift. Why Your Full Power Feels So Close… and Still So Distant

Dear Awakened Entrepreneur 💫 There is a reason why you, me, and so many of the conscious entrepreneurs we serve experience this exact tension: ✨ the desire to step into our full power, and the instinctive contraction that rises at the same time. This tension is a memory, not a flaw. And today, I want to explore it with you. The Distance Between Your Power and Your Permission You sense your power with extraordinary clarity. You feel the vision. You feel the fire. And still, a subtle part of you holds the reins of your expansion. It happens to your clients in the same way. They feel ready. They feel aligned. They feel guided. And still, something quiet inside suggests to “hold a little” They even may freak out sensing their own power. It reveals something profound about our inner architecture. The Fear Hidden in the Light and True Power Stepping into full power means opening the door to: ✨ A bigger territory✨ A wider influence✨ A deeper impact✨ A stronger clarity✨ A louder truth✨ A more luminous version of self And this expansion awakens old loyalties: 💚 Loyalty to staying small to protect others.💚 Loyalty to belonging through limitation.💚 Loyalty to old roles that kept us safe.💚 Loyalty to patterns inherited from family or collective memory. Your body remembers moments where power was punished. Your system remembers moments where visibility created separation. Your lineage remembers moments where wisdom and spiritual authority created danger. And your clients feel the same resonance. This hesitation is not fear of your light. This hesitation is devotion to old safety and identification. Your power asks for a new identity — and identities carry stories, attachments, family systems, karmic echoes. The contraction is normal and let’s me tell you: this is a threshold! Yes only that! You are about to be so brillant… the question is… Dare you? Will you allow yourself to take the first step? What Actually Happens When You Stop Holding Back When you soften into your full power, something magical happens: ✨ Your impact becomes clean✨ Your guidance becomes sharper✨ Your transmission becomes more embodied✨ Your intuition becomes louder✨ Your presence becomes medicine Your power starts serving the collective through the heart, rather the ego. Your voice becomes an amplifier of truth and your clarity becomes a lighthouse for you and your whole ecosystem. The more you choose your authentic power, the more you guide from a place of integrity and alignment. OMG! That’s what ew want from now on! Your clients feel this immediately. They rise because you rise. They expand because your structure becomes safe. They open because your channel opens. This is why embracing your power transforms the people around you instead of harming them. Your power elevates. Your power includes. Your power remembers. Your power guides. This is the real truth. And there is something I witness in every deep transformation that feels sacred, tender, and almost luminous: When a client moves closer to their true self (yes, I can see their soul, their essence, their full potential rising to the surface). There is a moment where they stand just a few energetic centimeters away from their highest expression, and then… something clicks. They merge. They fuse. They return to themselves. Their face softens or brightens. Their posture changes. Their presence settles into a deeper truth. Their way of moving through the world shifts — in their marketing, in their leadership, in their business decisions. 🦋 It feels like watching wings unfold.🦋 It feels like witnessing someone returning home to their brilliance. And experiencing that moment, again and again, makes my work incredibly beautiful. It nourishes me. It energizes me. It reminds me why I hold space the way I do. I’m so grateful for every client who trusts me A New Way to Approach Your Power Your power acts like a portal: walk toward it through softness and let the pressure melt away. Here is what supports the passage: 💚 Recognize the immensity without rushing.Immensity becomes safe when it meets grounding. 💚 Welcome your old loyalties with tenderness. They protected you beautifully. And your evolution honors them. 💚 Invite your body into the conversation.Your body carries the memory and the medicine. 💚 Let your vision lead. The future chooses you because you know how to hold it. 💚 Anchor your power in the heart. This is where your leadership becomes sovereign, gentle, trustworthy. Your power is the path. A Question to Enter Your Next Level What becomes possible when you stop protecting the world from your greatness and begin offering it with love? Sit with this question.Let it open your next timeline.Let it speak to your root, your splenic intuition, your sacral fire.Let it awaken what you already carry. You are designed for this shift — energetically, spiritually, strategically —and your clients feel it when you breathe into your full dimension. And if you desire deeper guidance to walk this passage — for yourself or for your business — I’m here. The most powerful way to move through this transition is to read Being is the New Doing as an ARC reader, or to choose a Power Week for an aligned and accelerated shift.
