In the busyness of parenting it can sometimes be really hard to think about and actively look after our own wellbeing. It's often referred to as the 'burnt chop' syndrome for Mums - we'll take the burnt chop giving the other chops to our kids and partner. In this session we'll look at some practical ways to look after you too, and include some quick wellbeing boosting activities that support you, and the kids in stressy times.
