She then served as Chief People Officer at Peet’s Coffee and Tea, an iconic San Francisco Bay Area premium coffee company. Currently, Laila is the Chief People Officer at AllBirds- the sustainable shoes and clothing company whose products are made with natural materials like merino wool and eucalyptus.
