Wonderful words!

I have been listening to this podcast off and on for a few years. I have always found it to be so helpful in my life. The addition of Forrest to the podcast has been terrific. My favorite podcast

Such a great podcast I listen it weekly. It’s like having really smart experts with me on my commute! As a therapist and person working to live with intention I appreciate that each podcast is interesting, relevant and engaging. Dr Rick is always great about giving you the science and research behind the topic and also what you can do to not get stuck in old patterns.
