Two RMTs Mark and Amanda
Listen as I talk with this dynamic duo about the profession of Massage Therapy and how it has been affected by the recent COVID pandemic. These are two very smart business people not only surviving this challenging time, but thriving. We also talk about some topics of contention like trigger points and if issues really live in the tissues. It's an entertaining conversation to say the least, and at the same time, very informative.
Tim Bell: Discussion and Guided Meditation
This is a very special episode with Tim Bell. We talk about how although some of us are fortunate enough to have people in our lives to help us move and feel better, the reality is that nobody can heal you but you. I love this conversation out of all that I've had with him because it finishes with a meditation guided by the man himself and it's wonderful. Enjoy

I just recently started to listen to your podcast and I’m really enjoying it. I’m especially loving the audio classes. Wasn’t sure how I’d like it, but they have been great! Thanks so much for these😊
Best podcast for movement teachers
I have been trying to listen to many different podcasts that would help me be a better teacher. Bent Over Wellness is my favorite. Isadora does a fantastic job at securing interesting guests and extracting fun and relevant information from them that can be applied to most movement training modalities (yoga, Pilates, strength training). Isadora is a cool chic that creates a comfortable place to learn amazing things!
