Some Things Never Change | Galatians: Church on the Move | Galatians 3:15–29

In Galatians 3:15–29, Paul reminds believers that while the world constantly changes, God and His promises never do. Pointing back to Abraham, Paul explains that salvation has always been by faith and that the promises of God were never replaced or canceled by the giving of the law. This passage reveals that God’s law was given to expose sin and show our need for a Savior, but God’s promises stand forever through Jesus Christ. In Him, all who believe are welcomed into the family of God, made heirs according to promise, and given an eternal inheritance.📖 Scripture: Galatians 3:15–29🙌 Main Idea: In an ever-changing world, our God and His promises never change.🕊️ In this message, we see:• Why God’s promises to Abraham still stand through Christ• How the law reveals sin but cannot save• Why God’s people are identified by faith, not perfect obedience• How salvation is offered to all who believe in Jesus Christ• The hope of becoming heirs according to God’s promisePaul’s message is clear: God remains faithful through every generation. His promises are secure, His invitation is open, and His salvation is available to all who trust in Christ. In a world filled with uncertainty, believers can rest in the unchanging character of God.🔗 Learn more at bereanfamily.comAbout Us – https://bereanfamily.com/start-here/im-new/Plan Your Visit – https://bereanfamily.com/visit/Messages – https://bereanfamily.com/sermons/🎙️ Series: Galatians: Church on the Move#Galatians3 #GodNeverChanges #FaithAlone #PromisesOfGod #BereanFamily #ChristianSermon #BibleTeaching #GospelTruth #ChurchOnTheMove #JesusChrist

  2. Embrace Dependence | Galatians: Church on the Move | Galatians 3:1–14

Embrace Dependence | Galatians: Church on the Move | Galatians 3:1–14

In Galatians 3:1–14, Paul confronts the danger of self-dependence and calls believers back to a life of faith. The Galatians had begun their Christian walk by trusting in Christ, but were now being tempted to rely on their own efforts and obedience to the law. Paul reminds them that everything in the Christian life—salvation, transformation, and spiritual power—comes through faith, not works. This passage reveals that self-dependence ultimately drives us away from God, while true faith draws us closer to Him. From the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, to justification by the Father, to redemption through the Son, every part of salvation is the work of God—received by faith alone.📖 Scripture: Galatians 3:1–14🙌 Main Idea: Self-dependence fails, but embracing dependence on God draws us closer to Him.🕊️ In this message, we see:• How the Holy Spirit indwells believers through faith, not works• Why justification comes by faith, as seen in the example of Abraham• The reality that all who rely on the law are under a curse• How Christ redeems us by becoming a curse in our place• The call to reject self-reliance and fully depend on God for salvation and daily lifePaul’s message is clear: we cannot save ourselves, transform ourselves, or sustain ourselves spiritually. The Spirit works in us, the Father declares us righteous, and the Son redeems us—all by grace through faith. The Christian life is not about saying “I’ve got this,” but learning to say, “God’s got this.”🔗 Learn more at bereanfamily.comAbout Us – https://bereanfamily.com/start-here/im-new/Plan Your Visit – https://bereanfamily.com/visit/Messages – https://bereanfamily.com/sermons/🎙️ Series: Galatians: Church on the Move#Galatians3 #FaithAlone #DependOnGod #GraceAlone #BereanFamily #ChristianSermon #BibleTeaching #GospelTruth #ChurchOnTheMove

    I Deserved That Cross | Easter 2026 | Isaiah 53

In Isaiah 53, written over 700 years before Christ, we see a powerful prophecy of the suffering Savior who would take the punishment for our sins. This passage reveals that Jesus did not suffer for His own wrongdoing—He was pierced, crushed, and rejected for us.This Easter message reminds us of a humbling and life-changing truth: we deserved the cross, but Jesus took our place. Through His sacrifice, we are offered grace we could never earn, forgiveness we could never deserve, and hope that can never be taken away.📖 Scripture: Isaiah 53:1–12🙌 Main Idea: Jesus took on the punishment we deserve to offer us grace that we don’t deserve.🕊️ In this message, we see:• How Jesus bore the full weight of our sin and suffering• Why all people stand guilty before God apart from His grace• The gift of righteousness given through Christ alone• The freedom and security found in salvation by grace• The living hope we have because of Jesus’ death and resurrectionIsaiah’s prophecy points clearly to the cross, where the greatest exchange took place—our sin for His righteousness. Because of Jesus, we are no longer defined by our past but given a future filled with hope, purpose, and eternal life.🔗 Learn more at bereanfamily.comAbout Us – https://bereanfamily.com/start-here/im-new/Plan Your Visit – https://bereanfamily.com/visit/Messages – https://bereanfamily.com/sermons/🎙️ Message: Easter 2026#Easter #Isaiah53 #JesusSaves #GraceAlone #HopeInChrist #BereanFamily #ChristianSermon #BibleTeaching #ResurrectionSunday #GospelTruth

Union with Christ Changes Everything | Galatians: Church on the Move | Galatians 2:11–21

In Galatians 2:11–21, Paul confronts Peter over a moment of hypocrisy that threatened the truth of the gospel. As pressure from others led Peter to pull away from Gentile believers, Paul boldly stepped in to defend the reality that justification comes through faith in Christ alone—not by works of the law. This passage centers on one of the most powerful truths in all of Scripture: union with Christ. Through Jesus, believers are not only forgiven—they are made new. Having been crucified with Christ, we now live by faith in Him, freed from the burden of trying to earn righteousness and empowered to walk in new life.📖 Scripture: Galatians 2:11–21🙌 Main Idea: The law of God reveals our need for union with Christ.🕊️ In this message, we see:• How the gospel corrects hypocrisy and fear of man• Why justification comes through faith in Christ—not works of the law• The freedom found in being united with Christ• How the law exposes our need for grace but cannot save us• What it means to be crucified with Christ and live a new life in HimPaul’s words remind us that the Christian life is not about improving ourselves through effort, but about being transformed through union with Christ. When we understand that Christ lives in us, everything changes—our identity, our freedom, and our purpose.🔗 Learn more at bereanfamily.comAbout Us – https://bereanfamily.com/start-here/im-new/Plan Your Visit – https://bereanfamily.com/visit/Messages – https://bereanfamily.com/sermons/🎙️ Series: Galatians: Church on the Move#Galatians #UnionWithChrist #JustificationByFaith #GraceAlone #FaithAlone #BereanFamily #ChristianSermon #BibleTeaching #GospelTruth #ChurchOnTheMove

Free to Share | Galatians: Church on the Move | Galatians 2:1–10

In Galatians 2:1–10, Paul recounts a pivotal moment in the early church where the truth of the gospel and the freedom found in Christ were both defended and affirmed. As false teachers attempted to add the requirements of the law to salvation, Paul stood firm, ensuring that the message of grace through faith alone remained uncompromised. This passage reminds us that the gospel is not something we modify to fit human expectations. Salvation is not earned through religious effort or adherence to the law—it is a gift of God’s grace through Jesus Christ. Because of this, believers are truly free in Christ, not to live carelessly, but to live faithfully, reflecting both the truth of the gospel and the character of Christ.📖 Scripture: Galatians 2:1–10🙌 Main Idea: Like Paul, both the content of our message and the freedom we have found in Christ must be matched by our character and reputation.🕊️ In this message, we see:• Why the accuracy of the gospel message must be guarded and confirmed• How salvation comes through faith in Christ alone—not by works of the law• The reality of true freedom found in Jesus Christ• The danger of false teaching that seeks to enslave believers again• Why a believer’s character and reputation should reflect the gospel they proclaimPaul’s example challenges us to stand firm in the truth, to resist any distortion of the gospel, and to live out the freedom we’ve been given. True freedom in Christ is not about self-expression—it is about living a life that glorifies God and reflects His grace to others.🔗 Learn more at bereanfamily.comAbout Us – https://bereanfamily.com/start-here/im-new/Plan Your Visit – https://bereanfamily.com/visit/Messages – https://bereanfamily.com/sermons/🎙️ Series: Galatians: Church on the Move#Galatians2 #FreedomInChrist #GraceAlone #FaithAlone #BereanFamily #ChristianSermon #BibleTeaching #GospelTruth #ChurchOnTheMove

  6. You Are Called | Galatians: Church on the Move | Galatians 1:10–24

You Are Called | Galatians: Church on the Move | Galatians 1:10–24

In Galatians 1:10–24, the Apostle Paul defends the authenticity of the gospel and reminds believers that their lives are not meant to please people, but to serve Christ. Paul recounts his dramatic transformation—from persecutor of the church to preacher of the gospel—to show that salvation and calling are entirely the work of God’s grace. This passage reminds us that the gospel is not a human invention and the Christian life is not built on personal approval or religious achievement. God calls sinners by His grace, transforms them through Christ, and sends them into the world to proclaim the good news. The same grace that saved Paul is the grace that calls believers today to live boldly for Christ and make His name known.📖 Scripture: Galatians 1:10–24🙌 Main Idea: You are called by God’s grace to serve Christ supremely and to share the gospel for His glory.🕊️ In this message, we see:• How God’s grace calls sinners into salvation and service• Paul’s transformation from persecutor of the church to preacher of the gospel• Why Christians must seek God’s approval rather than the approval of people• The danger of distorting the gospel through legalism or license• The calling of every believer to proclaim the good news of Jesus ChristPaul’s testimony shows that no one is beyond the reach of God’s grace. The one who once tried to destroy the church became a bold messenger of the faith he once opposed. The same God who called Paul continues to call His people today—to serve Christ above all else and to make much of Jesus for His glory.🔗 Learn more at bereanfamily.comAbout Us – https://bereanfamily.com/start-here/im-new/Plan Your Visit – https://bereanfamily.com/visit/Messages – https://bereanfamily.com/sermons/🎙️ Series: Galatians: Church on the Move#Galatians #CalledByGrace #ServeChrist #ShareTheGospel #BereanFamily #ChristianSermon #BibleTeaching #GalatiansSeries #GospelMessage

  7. Grace and Peace to You | Galatians: Church on the Move | Galatians 1:1–9

    MAR 8

Grace and Peace to You | Galatians: Church on the Move | Galatians 1:1–9

In Galatians 1:1–9, the Apostle Paul writes to the young churches in Galatia to confront a serious threat to the gospel. Not long after these churches were planted during Paul’s first missionary journey, false teachers had begun distorting the message of salvation by adding human works to the grace of Christ. Paul responds with urgency, reminding believers that the true gospel is founded on justification by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone. This passage reveals that the gospel is not something we improve, modify, or add to. Christ gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from this present evil age, and salvation is entirely the work of God’s grace. Any message that adds human effort or religious requirements to the finished work of Christ is not the gospel at all—it is a dangerous distortion that must be rejected. 📖 Scripture: Galatians 1:1–9🙌 Main Idea: Any gospel that doesn’t include justification by grace is a false gospel.🕊️ In this message, we see:• Justification by grace through faith as the foundational doctrine of the gospel• How false teachers distort the gospel by adding works to grace• Why the doctrine of justification has been a constant target of spiritual attack• How believers can identify truth by holding firmly to the message “grace alone, faith alone, Christ alone”• The call for Christians to guard the gospel and reject any teaching contrary to itPaul’s warning is clear: even if a respected leader—or even an angel—preaches a different gospel, it must be rejected. The message of salvation through Christ alone is the identifying mark of true Christianity, and it must be defended and proclaimed without compromise.🔗 Learn more at bereanfamily.comAbout Us – https://bereanfamily.com/start-here/im-new/Plan Your Visit – https://bereanfamily.com/visit/Messages – https://bereanfamily.com/sermons/🎙️ Series: Galatians: Church on the Move#Galatians1 #GraceAlone #FaithAlone #ChristAlone #JustificationByFaith #BereanFamily #ChristianSermon #BibleTeaching #FalseGospel #GalatiansSeries

Without Excuse | Acts: Church on the Move | Acts 14:1–23

In Acts 14:1–23, we continue following Paul and Barnabas on their first missionary journey and see clearly that God has made Himself known — leaving mankind without excuse. From miraculous healings in Iconium and Lystra to fierce opposition and even the stoning of Paul, this passage reveals how God testifies to His truth through supernatural power, natural revelation, and the bold witness of His people. Though rejected by some and misunderstood by others, the gospel advances, disciples are strengthened, and churches are established.📖 Scripture: Acts 14:1–23🙌 Main Idea: By supernatural and natural revelation, the bold witness of Christians, and the fulfillment of prophecy, God has left mankind without excuse regarding knowing Him.🕊️ In this message, we see:• God revealing Himself through miracles that validate the gospel• Creation declaring the reality and goodness of the Creator (Romans 1:20)• The courage required to stand firm in persecution• The importance of strengthening believers and appointing church leadership• The call to fully surrender to the Lordship of ChristEven when Paul is stoned and left for dead, the mission continues.
