I'm Jesus Trejo, a stand-up comedian from Long Beach, CA. You might have caught my first comedy special, 'Stay At Home Son,' on Showtime. My second special, 'Practicing?,' is available on my youtube channel for free!

You can also spot me in the Netflix series 'Mr. Iglesias,' where I play the recurring character Mr. Trujillo, and in Hulu's 'This Fool', as Efrain.

I had the pleasure of writing on the second season of 'This Fool' on Hulu. And I’m Excited to announce, that my first book: 'Papá's Magical Water Jug-Clock,' has been the recipient of 2 Pura Belpré Honors for both Author and Illustrator and is currently available in both Spanish and English.  (Keep an eye out for my next book coming in the Fall of 2024.)

When I'm not on stage, I'm the host and executive producer for the web series 'Tacos con Todo,' where I dive into LA's taco scene with some awesome celebrity guests. And in 2024, I’m hitting the road as an Executive Producer and Host of the PBS/KCET Network Docu-Series: 'ROOTS OF COMEDY.’
