This is who Jason is!

It’s one thing to talk the talk... but Jason walks the walk! I had him as a coach for my first 6 months of CrossFit, and I learned so much from him. Being that I was already in the fitness space, have several years of workout experience and work in the fitness field, I was skeptic to CrossFit, but I wanted to try it.

In every class he teaches he is fantastic at creating a fun environment AND coaching you on whatever the movement was for the day. He knows how to communicate the proper stimulus of the workout and is great at motivating you during the workout.

This podcast is an excellent representation of everything he does in the box. Will always support him and this podcast.

Love this Podcast

Been a fan of Jason Ackerman since I heard him on the CrossFit Podcast. Such great advice and insight to running a box and getting fit from him, Fern and their guests.

Some of the podcasts have shown me where my box has room for improvement. I am just a member so I am thinking about checking out some other boxes in my area that are doing the things Jason and Fern recommend.

You guys should make some shirts. I would buy one to wear when I work out.

Only constructive feedback I have is I wish you guys had better mics, sometimes the audio is inconsistent and drops in and out. This could be due to you using phones but the podcast is worth the audio issue.
