Must for coaches and owners
If you’re not listening to this as a gym owner, you’re doing yourself a disservice
Great for CrossFit... not so much for conspiracy theories
Decent podcast when it comes to to discussing CrossFit, but one of the hosts seems to have gone down the conspiracy theory funnel. It’s not something uncommon to see in some CrossFit circles, but being able to hold information objectively is fairly important. My hope is that spiral out doesn’t continue to make its way into the episodes.
A must for any coach or gym owner
If you own a gym or coach you are doing yourself and your members a disservice. These guys have helped me develop more as a coach than anyone else.
