Genuine, entertaining and helpful.

Sleep has become something that we all need to focus more on. I’ve never heard of a lot of the things Dr. Jay covers but it gets me thinking about all the stuff I’ve done in the past that probably has been wrecking my sleep. So happy to have found this cool podcast. I’m able to squeeze in an episode during each of my commutes and I arrive smarter and end up sleeping better. Win win!

Entertaining and Useful

Like many others, I have issues with my sleep. I’m not sure if it has to do with my young child, terrible sleep habits, questionable diet or all of the above 😉?
I’ve found the podcast teaching me things I never knew about sleep and I’m really enjoying the whole “biohacking” twist he puts on the show.
Now I just need to start paying more attention to my sleep and eliminating some bad habits and I can’t wait to feel the benefits.

I recently started a new job with a plethora of new responsibilities. The stress of it all has greatly affected my sleep. I can’t get my mind to shut off especially at night, and this has been keeping me up. This podcast is very informative and has provided the knowledge I need to help improve sleep and develop better sleep habits. Good sleep will increase the quality of your life!
