Julien Balbi: Nocturne in A Flat Major

Julien Balbi: Nocturne in A Flat Major

    composer: Julien Balbi (? - 1894)
    piano: Carlos Márquez

I don't know much about this composer, but I am playing this Nocturne in the 'romantic' tradition... it seems very fitting.

    score: http://musescore.com/user/125478/scores/165776

Thanks to Patrick Gordon-Davis for creating/editing the score. He wrote:
"I copied the sheet music to Musescore because the sheet music is only available on one website and the pages of music are too small on the page and faded, and this is a song I would like to play. I think it would be nice (pun not intended; Balbi was apparently from the town of Nice.) for more people to hear this song!".
