Bethany Collins on "From Pandemic to Protests‪"‬ Piedmont Arts Podcast

Visual artist Bethany Collins finds words and texts fascinating for what they reveal about us as a people. Her recent creation “Dixie’s Land” is part of Davidson College’s exhibition “From Pandemic to Protests”. “Dixie’s Land” is centered around the many different, often contradictory lyrics which have been used with the tune “Dixie”. Bethany talks about this new work and her creative process.
