This podcast is really insightful--Great leads into why sometimes procrastination may have a hold on us and how we can get a hold back on our lives by understanding the reasons we do it.
I have to say with me being a procrastinator and having big long term goals, fear of the future and lack of purpose plays a huge roll. Thank you for your education and insight.
