Knowledge bombs dropping everywhere!

I have had the pleasure of meeting these two guys as well as follow their success at Vertex. They are as genuine and passionate about the field of physical therapy and strength/conditioning as you will find. They are extremely knowledgeable and their personalities balance each other out well making for fun, informative and easy listening. As a PT myself, I really enjoy keeping up to date with the latest evidence based knowledge. Thank you guys for the excellent work. Keep it up!!

Digestible

As a first year PT student. Their content is extremely helpful, and they make complex information very digestible. An issue I have with other podcasts is how time consuming they are. I really like how they tend to keep their episodes under 30 minutes. I love everything about this podcast in terms of how accessible, efficient, and to the point. As a fitness guru, it is also perfectly geared for those types of listeners. I hope to see more PT clinics start to push for CrossFit and general fitness.
