There are SO many health related books out there, especially for menopausal women and it can be hard to know which sources to trust and which are just trying to make a buck off our challenges and insecurities. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know authors and a better understanding for their work, who it’s for, and why they wrote it so that I can make sure the books I’m buying will help me live my healthiest lift. Thank you, Mike, for creating this platform!

What a great resource to be able to get to know many authors in the area of health and fitness, with a special emphasis on the 50 crowd who can often become marginalized by “hard core” mainstream fitness advice. Mike is a very engaging and well-prepared host who curates a great guest list! Highly recommended!
