Humans are resilient. With the world changing around us and restrictions on work, life and social activities constantly changing due to CVOID we need to constantly re-evaluate what's important to us at this time and create a new schedule and plan to maintain what's important.
Once you accomplish that and put it into play there will always be something that comes along to challenge the balance of your schedule.

#083 Lockdown 2.0 The Saga Continues...
Well, here we are again... Lockdown 2.0. It's not what anyone wants but it's really not that bad.
With tomorrow being remembrance day this is a good reminder that we don't need to be worried about having bombs dropped on our homes as we sleep or having someone break down our doors and take or worse yet, kill our family members.
We'll all get through this and the best way it can happen is if we continue to reach out and support each other through it.
We've done it once, we can do it again...
