Essential fitness podcast

Not only does this podcast give pointers on stretching activities and fitness advice, but it focuses on the importance of sleep, our thought patterns, and many more essential elements to becoming the fittest, happiest, healthiest version of ourselves. This has changed my life, and I’ve even lost a couple of pounds. Thank you!!

Absolutely love this podcast! It is SO well produced, and Matt does an incredible job of taking an hour+ long interview and paring it down to a 15-20 minute show full of gems. He and his guests are knowledgeable and committed to bettering the lives of those around them. Please give it a listen!

Short. Sweet. Insightful. Applicable.

Recently purchased a BeyondMacro meal and macro plan and joined the community. These podcasts are an awesome resource for answering questions when affording a nutrition coach isn’t possible for me. Matt is clear, and backs up his statements with studies but without losing me to the drone of science jargon. Interesting topics and guests with realistic directions on how to apply what I learn in my daily life.
