This episode of Beyond the Bump is brought to you by H&M:
Let's talk about newborn essentials for a hot minute - clothing your newborn child.
There's one thing that we can honestly say between us and our five children, we have mastered the must-haves from the must-nots.
Thanks to H&M they have created an incredible newborn collection that takes all the boxes. One of our favourites is the wrap open bodysuits as they make it super easy to put on and off when changing nappies.
H&M have also got stretchy feet in their leggings to accommodate for all different size tootsies. And for any clothing directly touching the baby's skin, labels are printed inside rather than having a separate potentially irritating tag - absolute genius.
H&M pride itself on design, comfort, sustainability and affordability whenever possible.
To check out H&M’s newborn collection, you can pop in-store or head online and get those newborn essentials delivered straight to your door.

This episode of Beyond the Bump is brought to you by Nimble Activewear:
One of the things that we love about today's sponsor, Nimble Activewear is that they are so about empowering mothers to find their moments of active self-care day to day.
The best friend founders are both moms themselves and have really come to realize the importance of taking care of yourself while taking care of the other little gremlins… I mean, cuties!
They want mums to feel good while doing it too. Whether that be a simple morning meditation or a full-blown high-intensity training, Nimble Activewear is for you.
They don't just care about your tush, though. They care about the environment and they use some incredible fabrications comprised of used recycled plastic bottles.
Okay, we know that doesn't sound comfortable, but it is actually amazing. And it blows our mind that each pair of move light nimble, activewear leggings have an average of six recycled bottles in them. People are so clever.
Anyways, we could go on and on about this brand forever, but just take our word for it. Check out nimble activewear online at nimbleactivewear.com and use the code: BTB20 for 20% off.
Oh, and they have a new store coming to James Street in Brisbane soon.
Thank you for making this episode possible!

In our seventieth episode of Beyond the Bump we answer your ‘post-partum relationship’ questions. So yeah, we would recommend maybe listening to this one with headphones. We chat about all things post partum relationships - love, resentment, sex and so much more!

This episode of Beyond the Bump is brought to you by Fisher-Price’s Linkimals:
Is there any greater animal than the sloths?
No. Lazy, cute, and gets away with anything!
Yes, I agree (apart from the cute part!). Billie and Yumi are absolutely obsessed with sloths. They have sloth pyjamas, sloth crockery, and they were so stoked when I came home with the sloth Linkimal from Fisher-Price the other day.
Poppy goes wild for the Linkimal’s too as they light up, they play fun music and songs. The sloth has also been helping Poppy with numbers and colours - and with my dance moves too!
There are a bunch of different Linkimals that teach different songs, numbers, phrases, colours in a super fun way. And the part that Yumi froths for the most is when you get multiple Linkimal friends together they actually synchronize their music.
Just remember to turn them off in the middle of the night so they don't link up at midnight and freak you out like you're on some nightmarish set of Toy Story 2!
Head to Target, Big W and all good toy stores to get your little one a new sloth friend.

Beyond the Bump is a podcast brought to you by Jayde Couldwell and Sophie Pearce! A podcast targeted at mums, just like you! A place to have real conversations with honest and authentic people.
In our sixty-ninth episode of Beyond the Bump, we have the one and only, Melissa Butterworth, aka Jayde’s mum, aka GILF (grandma I’d like to *beep*) on the poddy. We speak to Melissa about being a young mum - she had Jayde at 18 when she was still in high school. Melissa answers a lot of questions that came through relating to being a young mum. She also speaks to being a mum of one (which is not talked about enough), still going strong with her baby daddy (aka Jayde’s father), a little on perimenopause and more!
We hope you absolutely love this episode!

Denkinkc ,

Great podcast

Love Sophie and Jade. They’re funny and discuss interesting content each episode. They are great podcasters and have such a nice flow hosting each episode together. Also love that they are generally realistic and honest, and respectful of people’s identities and parenting choices. This is a really easy to listen to podcast I highly recommend!

Sense of relief

I get a sense of relief and a good laugh from this podcast. It just makes motherhood feel like you’re not alone ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Have to invite friends ,

Feeling less nervous

Going from 1-2, & after major trauma from the first, I’ve been spending the last 2 months trying to find the right resource to empower me and give me new tools as I make my way through my third trimester. I love the experts they bring on, and these women are hilarious, so it’s like listening to two girlfriend who are raw, real, life hearted without snobbery. I just love this pod!
