Very excited

This new podcast came at the right time! I had been working for a large AMC for the last six years and was laid off due to budgeting. I am a single mother and almost relieved to be let go from a dead end, low paying “job”. I want a real career with room for growth and endless possibilities and also to work for myself! I plan to begin the online course within the next month and am currently looking in my area for a local appraiser to train under. Here’s to the start of my journey! 🥂

Disappointed

I wanted this to be a positive addition to my repertoire, as I do use this company for CE. After searching around the options and listening to other appraisal podcasts, I have found the quality of this one to be lacking in both production and content. Others offer more relevant and succinct content without the tired “appraisers are biased bigots” trope.
